Salesforce Flow Actions. Native Apex Invocable Actions (Peeklogic Create Work Item, Peeklogic Edit Work Item) available in Flow Builder. Allows automating Work Item creation/updates based on Salesforce triggers.
Smart Field Mapping. Configurable mapping for automation with support for Default Values (fixed) and Field References (dynamic data from SF). Includes specific mapping for Picklist values.
