Configure Field Mapping

To properly sync data between Salesforce and NetSuite, follow these steps:

1.  Click the “Add” Button to create a new field mapping.

2. Map Fields:

• Left Box (“NetSuite Field”) – Select the NetSuite field to map.
• Middle Box (“Type”) – Choose from the available mapping options. The available options depend on the field type selected in the first box.
• The last one, the Salesforce field

Available Mapping Options

You have two primary mapping options:

1. Field Reference – Maps the selected NetSuite field to a specific Salesforce field.
2. Default Value – Assigns a default value to the NetSuite field instead of mapping it.
