Configuring Jira Project Visibility Based on Record Types

 

Follow these steps to control the visibility of a Jira Project based on Record Types in Salesforce:

Access Peeklogic Setup

  • Navigate to Peeklogic Setup in Salesforce.
  • Open the Project Settings section.

Select the Jira Project

  • Locate and select the Jira Project for which you want to configure visibility settings.

Open Project Accessibility Restrictions

  • Click on the Project Accessibility Restriction option to define visibility rules.

Configure Record Type Visibility

  • Choose the Salesforce Object and the corresponding Record Type for which visibility settings need to be applied.
  • Use the Available Columns section to specify Record Types where the Jira Project will be visible.
  • Use the Selected Columns section to specify Record Types where the Jira Project will be hidden.

Add Multiple Salesforce Objects (If Needed)

  • Click the ‘+’ button to add additional Salesforce objects and configure visibility settings for them.
