Add Service Management Portal in Project Settings
Select Portals you would like to add
Create Named Credentials
Go to ‘Setup’ -> Named Credentials and create ‘New Legacy’.
For URL use https://api.atlassian.com
- Username: Jira Username;
- Password: API token that is generated by this user.
Generate the API token on the Jira site using this link, and use the generated API token instead of a password when creating Named Credentials.
Go to Custom Settings-> Jira Admin Settings and click on ‘Manage’
- Forms Named Credential – API Name of Named Credentials from the previous step;
- cloudId – in the browser where there is an active Jira session, go to the link https://your-domain.atlassian.net/_edge/tenant_info.
Important: your-domain – it should be the domain of your Jira.
