Setup Connection
In Setup Connection, we configure the connection to ServiceNow:
- Click Create New.
- Enter a Name for the connection (any preferred name).
- ServiceNow Named Credential: Select the credential we configured in the earlier steps.
- Salesforce Named Credential: Select the credential we configured in the earlier steps.
- Is Default (optional): Check this to make the organization the default. All forms, automation processes, and connector actions will use this organization by default.
Note: Only one organization can be set as the default at a time.
