Email – to Case

In first step you should create ‘Automation Process’ for Issue Types you need:

  • Go to Setup on ‘Peeklogic Jira Connector’ app -> Project Settings->select Project and Issue Type->Automate Integration and create New Automation;

  • Copy ‘Process ID’;

  • Map necessary fields;

  • Go to Setup -> Custom Settings and click on ‘Peeklogic Email-to-Case’;

  • Click on ‘Manage’ and create new ‘Set of data’;

  • For Automated Process Config Id paste ‘Process ID’ you copied before and check checkbox ‘Enable Manual Sync’;

  • On object you need to drag and drop ‘Peeklogic Jira Case Email Messages’ components and check the checkbox ‘Enable Sync Future Emails’;

  • Click on ‘Edit’ on ‘Synchronize Emails To Jira’ and on this tab you can select the Issue in which you want to sync emails;

  • After clicking ‘Save’ you will see emails on Jira Comments.
