ServiceNow Named Credentials
- Go to Setup → Named Credentials.
- Click New Named Credential and select New Legacy.
- Complete the following fields:
- Label: Choose a meaningful name
- Name: Auto-filled or custom
- URL: Enter your ServiceNow instance base URL
- Identity Type: Named Principal
- Authentication Protocol: Password Authentication
- Username: Enter your ServiceNow username
- Password: Enter your ServiceNow password
- Generate Authorization Header: Enabled
- Save
