Configure ‘Related Jira Issue’ component view

Peeklogic Jira Connector allows configuring different columns and fields to be displayed on the Peeklogic JiraContent Lightning component as per following steps.
Open Peeklogic Jira Connector Setup Page, click ‘Related JIRA Issues View’ and click ‘New’.
First, fill in the name of your configuration and select Object.
Move the available fields to the selected section for:
- Select Table Columns (up to 15) – this allows the display of essential fields as columns in the table of Jira Issues.
- Select fields for issue viewing – this function enables the presentation of fields when viewing Jira issues in the Peeklogic Jira Component.

SubTasks View (PRO)
A view created Subtask of associated Jira Issue in the Peeklogic JiraContent Component.
Linked Issues View (PRO)
A view Linked Issue of associated Jira Issue in the Peeklogic JiraContent Component.
After saving configuration of viewing, open Salesforce Record containing Peeklogic JiraContent Lightning component. Click ‘Edit Page’ to access Salesforce App Builder and select the custom view configuration that is created. Click ‘Save’.
Observe Peeklogic JiraContent Lightning component displaying Jira Issues with columns that were configured.
Also, by clicking the ‘View’ button, the Jira fields that were added to the view are observed.
Default value for Search (PRO)
Choose the necessary Salesforce field in Default Field Value For Search. The selected field will be automatically put in the search bar for Jira Issues in the Related JIRA Issues component.
Search View configuration (PRO)
Open the Peeklogic Jira Connector Setup page and go to ‘Related JIRA Issues View’. Choose to create a new configuration by clicking ‘New’ or edit an existing one.
Enter a name for your configuration and select the relevant Salesforce Object.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enable the ‘Linked Search Component Columns’ toggle. Select the fields you want to appear as columns in the ‘Search’ tab and save the configuration.
Next, open a Salesforce record that includes the Peeklogic JiraContent Lightning Component. Click ‘Edit Page’ to open the Salesforce App Builder, select the custom view configuration you created, and then click ‘Save’.
Now, when searching for Jira Issues, the view will display the chosen columns.
