DevOps Center
In the DevOps Center app, a custom object Work Item is created. You can configure the automatic creation of a Jira Issue, since they’re similar.
Open the Work Item record through the App Launcher. Add component ‘Peeklogic Jira Content’ of Peeklogic Jira Connector to page layout of Work Item.
Features for Work Item:
- Сustomize the view of the Jira Issue adding and removing fields to be displayed in additional settings of Peeklogic Jira Issue.
- Create even more Jira Issues for Work Items directly in Salesforce.
- Edit the Jira Issue directly in Salesforce.
- Associate the Work Item to an already existing Jira Issue or disassociate the Jira Issue from the Work Item in Salesforce by using the Peeklogic Jira Content component (video).
- Leave a comment or attach a file in Salesforce (there’s a video) by using the Peeklogic Jira Content component and they are integrated to Jira via Peeklogic Jira Connector (video).
- Create a Work Item in Jira by using the Peeklogic Jira Connector component in Jira.
- Link the Work Item to an already existing Jira Issue or unlink the Jira Issue from the Work Item in Jira by using the Peeklogic Jira Connector component in Jira (video).
- Leave a comment or attach a file in Jira that is integrated to Salesforce via Peeklogic Jira Connector (video).
- Configure a manual mapping.
- Configure an automate integration for automatically mapping in flows.
- Create automatically Work Item when Jira Issue is created.
- Create automatically Jira Issue when Work Item is created.
- Update automatically Work Item when Jira Issue is updated.
- Updated automatically Jira Issue when Work Item is updated.
- Update automatically Work Item Status when Jira Issue Status is updated.
- Updated automatically Jira Issue Status when Work Item Status is updated.
- Associate automatically Jira Issue with Work Item.
