Integration User requirements

Salesforce Account: You’ll need an active Salesforce account to install the Peeklogic Jira Connector package from AppExchange.

Integration user in Salesforce: You will need to have an integrated user with a Salesforce Administrator Profile. 

Permissions: Ensure that you assign ‘Peeklogic Jira Connector’ permission set to users who will use the application in Salesforce.

Jira Account: You’ll need an active Jira account to connect with the Peeklogic Jira Connector.

Integration user in Jira: You will need to have an integrated user with all permissions to Jira Projects and Issue Types. To manage the Peeklogic Jira Connector app – the user should have Jira Administrator permissions.

Peeklogic Jira Connector License: You will need to have a Peeklogic Jira Connector license to use the integration tool.

API Access: For the integration to work, Jira often requires API access. You might need to generate API tokens or obtain API keys for authentication.
